12 in 12

2012 was a year that we will never ever forget.  God has blessed us tremendously throughout the years, and I feel like each year continues to get better and better.

This past year was full of major, life changing events.

 

Unfortunately, I did an awful job blogging this year, but I am going to make an effort to document our life more, especially now with Kyleigh Mae.

 

 

Onto my top 12 of 2012.

 

12. We rang in the new year with our best friends in St. Louis.  We were so very blessed to have made life long friends while living in St. Louis.

  

 

 

11.  At the end of January, I took a trip from St. Louis to NWA with my friend, Jill.  But... we hadn't met in person until the long car ride. My husband was not happy about me riding 300 miles in a car with a "stranger", but I am so glad I did.  We had so much fun.  The evening we got into NWA, we met up with some other bloggers for dinner.

 

 

 

10. In February, I met one of my now dearest friends, Jenn. We met through the blog world/twitter and instantly became very close. Although she lives several hundred miles away, we still chat daily, and she makes me smile so big! I am so thankful for her friendship, and that God orchestrated our friendship through this silly little thing called the Internet. ;)

 

9. On March 7, I took a test that turned out POSITIVE. It knocked me to my knees and I am still praising God at the top of my lungs for this precious miracle.

 

8. The end of April brought us to a very bittersweet day, Reddell's graduation of Chiropractic school. He worked his little booty off for 3-1/2 years and I cannot express how proud of him I am for all of his hard work. Graduation also meant that we had to part ways with our best friends that we grew so close to while living in St. Louis.

 

 

7.  Reddell and I made the big move back from St. Louis to Arkansas.  We cried many tears leaving, but we were excited to be back home and closer to our family.

 

 

6.  On May 15, we had our ultrasound to reveal that we were having a precious baby GIRL!!

 

 

5.  Reddell and I celebrated 4 years of marriage on May 24.  (Four years already?? WOW!)

 

 

4.  We had a reunion with our St. Louis pals over Labor Day weekend in Nebraska.  Our 3 day weekend went WAY too fast, but we had some much needed time together.

 

 

3. Our first nephew was born in November, and we made a trip to Oklahoma City to meet him. 



2. We celebrated our first Christmas together as a family of 4. (if you count Louie)

1.  The BIGGEST blessing of 2012 was welcoming our precious baby girl into the world on October 28 at 4:15 a.m.  This love bug brings us so much JOY and we look forward to 2013 and watching her grow.
